COURSE-SPECIFIC AP AI TUTORS

Ask a better study question. Get a clearer next step.

AP Study Lab gives AP Biology, AP Psychology, and AP U.S. History students a focused place to ask questions, test their reasoning, and work through exam-specific tasks. Choose your course first so the explanation fits the test you are actually taking.

Each course Tutor costs $9.99/month. One card-required trial day when eligible.

WHY COURSE-SPECIFIC MATTERS

“Help me study” is not one problem.

An AP Biology graph, an AP Psychology research summary, and an ordinary definition question require different kinds of reasoning. The Tutor should know which course you are taking before it decides how to help.

01

Different evidence

Biology students work with mechanisms, experiments, models, graphs, and quantitative relationships. Psychology students work with scenarios, research designs, source findings, and limits on inference.

02

Different written tasks

AP Biology free response emphasizes scientific explanation and evidence. AP Psychology includes the Article Analysis Question and Evidence-Based Question. The coaching should match the task.

03

Different mistakes

A vague biological mechanism and an overgeneralized psychology conclusion are not the same weakness. Course-specific guidance makes the repair more useful.

A SIMPLE STUDY LOOP

Do more than collect another explanation.

The strongest use of an AI Tutor is interactive: show what you think, repair the precise gap, and prove that you can use the idea again.

  1. 01

    Choose the course

Start in Biology, Psychology, or APUSH so the Tutor uses the right exam language and task.

  2. 02

    Name the work

Ask about a topic, graph, source, experiment, calculation, or response—not “teach me everything.”

  3. 03

    Show your attempt

Include what you think and where you are stuck. That gives the Tutor something real to diagnose.

  4. 04

    Try the transfer

Finish with a new example, prediction, or reasoning step you complete yourself.
