AP Study Lab is a Rittenhouse Corp product. This page explains the self-service paths being built for accounts, course access, billing, and the AI Tutor. It does not replace the final customer-support and legal information required before public paid launch.
Account and access
Use the same email address you used to create your account. If you cannot sign in, start with password recovery. Your dashboard—not a redirect or email link—is the source of truth for your course access.

A study guide is a one-time purchase for one AP course. AP Biology and AP Psychology are separate products. Any available guide appears in the matching course area of your dashboard.

The Tutor is study support, not a substitute for a teacher or official College Board material. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, or work you plan to submit as entirely your own.

When a Tutor subscription is active, its billing controls are available from the signed-in account experience. A course subscription is separate from a study-guide purchase and from access to another AP course.
